Dispatch & Shipping

General Info

Shipping costs depend on how many prints you order and where they’re going.
Just add your prints to the cart, select your delivery location, and click Update to see the shipping cost before you check out.

I usually dispatch orders within 3–4 working days. If you have any questions about shipping, just send a message — I’ll be happy to help.

Shipping Within South Africa

All local (South African) orders are sent Pudo / The Courier Guy (www.thecourierguy.co.za).

International Shipping

I ship prints all over the world using Tunl (www.tunl.to). Deliveries to Europe, the US, and other international destinations generally take around 1–3 weeks.
This is a trackable service. If you do not receive a tracking number pop me a message and I will forward one to you.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

I take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please contact me right away and keep both the packaging and the print.
I’ll guide you through what to do next — and I’ll need a quick photo of the damage to file a claim with the courier.

If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

If your print hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch, please get in touch.
Sometimes customs or postal delays can hold things up, but I’ll do my best to help track it down or find a solution.

Returns Policy

I really hope you’ll love your print — but if something’s not quite right, that’s okay. You can return your order within 14 days, as long as it’s in its original condition. Once I receive the return, I’ll process a refund within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs aren’t refundable.

Prices may change from time to time — I do my best to keep them fair and transparent.
