In Tall Tales, Andrew Sutherland’s tenth solo exhibition, the artist steps into the role of the storyteller, weaving exaggerated adventure narratives across a variety of mediums, including oil paintings, oil pastels, ceramic works, and large-scale mixed media on canvas. The exhibition features thrilling escapades—close encounters with wild animals, major discoveries, and near-death experiences—reminiscent of scenes from classic adventure novels or films.

Sutherland transports viewers into a vibrant, imaginary world filled with dynamic characters, landscapes, and surfaces.
